International Class: Reports from the Field

Radmila Zivanovic

I come to The International Class from Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. I completed undergraduate studies in psychology and just finishing a Master’s degree in communications. As a community psychologist and youth work practitioner, I support groups of young people in their personal and social development. For a long time I have been working as a project manager for community youth programs and as a drama workshop facilitator with young people – in both contexts, using art and performance as tools for social change.

I see young people as responsible and capable co-creators of their communities and, conversely, I believe that communities can provide adequate support to young people to grow as active and creative citizens. I look forward to learn and develop with all interested colleagues from the International Class and worldwide youth and community practitioners in applying new practices in my community.
