Milena Lazic

I live in Belgrade, Serbia. I am a full-time freelance trainer with a background in Psychology and Trainings in Youth field.

I work as a trainer since 2002 and cooperate with different organizations on national but also on international level. I deliver trainings related to intercultural dialogue and learning, youth work, civic activism and personal development (such as conflict transformation, working in team, leadership, communication skills, active listening etc.). Target groups that I work with are mostly young people, but adults as well that work with and for youth.

My favourite quotation related to training is said by Lao Tse: “Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I will remember. Involve me and I will understand.“

I think of myself as a person who is curious and interested for everything that is new, open for different experiences. Also, critical and accustomed to pose questions, but creative and always willing to play and explore as well.
